At VD Cares, our foremost priority is your health, trust, and satisfaction. Every product we create is carefully formulated using authentic Ayurvedic ingredients, packed under strict hygiene, and quality checked before dispatch. Because our products are consumable Ayurvedic medicines, we follow a strict hygiene and safety protocol-which means, once a product is shipped, it cannot be taken back or reused in any form.
1. Product Assurance
Before dispatch, each order passes through multiple quality checks to ensure that you receive genuine, sea led, and safe products. However, in the rare event that something goes wrong, our team is always ready to assist you.
2. Replacement eligibility
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing a short unboxing video and product images at support@ vdcares. in. After verification, we will happily arrange a replacement of the same item at no extra charge.
3. Return & Refund
Since our products fall under the health and personal care category, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once the order has been delivered. This policy is in place purely to maintain product integrity, hygiene, and safety for all our customers. We request you to kindly understand that once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.
4.Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation or modification will not be possible.
